Are your days planned, predictable and unwavering? Join Tracy as she shares from her book Building Esther: 5 Ways to Build Your Own Crown. Create a plan but also allow God space to “mess up” your perfect plan for His.

Here are a few things we will discuss: Queen Esther’s story is truly taking opportunity and turning it into hope. She was whisked away to be part of the Kings bride-tribe. From here God unfolded his plan into Ester’s life; to save His people. Esther became queen and an opportunity of courageous hope to save Gods people was born.

With combined courage and planning Queen Esther won the day by listening to God’s plan and not compromising her integrity in the midst of it all. Here are a few take-a-way’s:

  • Combine courage and planning.
  • Concern yourself over others than yourself.
  • Serving God often puts your safety at risk.
  • God has a purpose for the situations he places you in.
  • Courage is vital, but does not replace careful planning.

Respect what is good and stand humbly against what is wrong. God is in control of your world, no matter how small, large or influence; God is your protector.

Today’s episode:

Who are you and why are you here? Before answering this question, I will tell you who I am and why I am here. Through decades of learning from the best mentors and my mistakes, I know my who and why. I wish this for you, too. As I sit here envisioning your participation in Potential², I hope you have grace, and courage to discover your potential, purpose and heart’s desire in and from life.

Most people use only a small fraction of their ability and rarely strive to reach their potential.  A few years ago, my world came crashing down around me without my permission. As most of us we have reality’s happen to and around us such as divorce, loss of job, etc. . .From personal experience I too have had hard choices: To live or die, or as my friend and mentor, Kary Oberbrunner, teaches, “be a victim or a victor.” I ask you, when life deals you “lemons’” are you choosing to live or die, to be a victim or a victor?  From my life experiences, I found my Potential² and that is to gracefully inspire and empower others to achieve their infinite potential.

Definition: Infinite Potential (Potential²) is growing, learning, and adding value to self and others until we are no longer able to take another breath on this earth.

Part One: Power of Potential

Part Two: What is Potentiial

Part Three: Where to Start

Part  Four: Potential2

Today’s episode:

The 7 Steps represent 7 KEY areas of our lives (Wheel of Life) which when focused upon & balanced according to one’s priorities, we can create the life of our dreams by being intentional & living with purpose.

My purpose for writing it is to offer young wives a foundational framework from which they can build & create their future. I want to add value to their lives by sharing insights drawn from first-hand experience, having served 44 years’ as a military spouse.

I’m currently finishing up a delightful leadership E-book for children titled: “Wally Goes to School”.  It will be FUN and interactive – based upon many of the sound leadership principles we’ve learned through our JMT training. The book requires mentors & children working together. It will include short introductory videos for each chapter, as well as a short video summarizing key concepts of each chapter’s ‘Wally Wisdom’.  Additionally, I will host a children’s mastermind (with their mentors) one hour each month to discuss what they’ve learned and how to apply these important concepts to their lives.  Target audience: Grades 3–5.

Wally “my forever dog” will be available on Amazon/Kindle by mid-October 2014.

We interrupt Top4 to bring you GRACEbreak Retreat with Maureen Crag McIntosh, Laura Prisc & Tracy Worley!

GRACEbreak Retreat

“To grow, you must be willing to let your present and future to be totally unlike your past. Your history is not your destiny.” (Alan Cohen)

Join Tracy Worley on GRACEbreak as we discuss the importance of knowing what matters to you, knowing your Top4 Values and how to apply boundaries to your life.

Top4 is identifying what is important to us as an individual. If we do not have our own plan we ultimately become part of someone else’s. To plan is not a daily agenda, but to look at whom we are and have to offer the world.  Identifying our current values and what is most important in our life brings focus. We no longer walk into a room and wonder “Who am I, and what am I doing here?”  In most cases, outside influences have created the chaos; we have allowed someone else’s urgency to interrupt our priorities.

Core values make up our character, self-image, self-esteem, beliefs, experiences, and set points. How to start: Free write how you would like to be treated (Golden Rule), and where you spend resources of time and money is a great start of what you value.

“GRACEbreak | The Benefits of Unplugging”

Today’s Show: GRACEbreak Host Tray Worley discusses the impact of continually being plugged in and the benefits of unplugging. Yes, unplug from television, music, phones, computers, etc. . . .

Unplugging creates synergy in our thought process to reflect on our daily routine of what is working (add more of), and what is not working (delete, adopt or adapt changes).  If we are not unplugging daily and thinking into our daily life and results we are missing the ‘boat’ to true success in our personal and professional lives. Most importantly, unplugging creates better relationships with ourselves and those around us.

“We need self-control to finish a project, persevere through tedious or seemingly indecipherable bits of life, hold our temper, plan for tomorrow, and turn off the television to meet a baby’s gaze. . . self-control blossoms into broader forms of focus and persistence called  ‘engagement’ that fuel both academic achievement and depth of thought. . . . Without the powers of focus, awareness, and judgment that fuel self-control we cannot fend off distractions, set goals, manage a complex, changing environment, and ultimately shape the trajectory of our lives. “Maggie Jackson. (2009) Distracted. Prometheus Books, page 232-233.

Maxwell coaching, speaking and training program. She complements her training in leadership with a background in Christian life coaching.

The Hula Hoop

The Hula-Hoop has taken on great meaning in my family over the years….I used the Hoop to represent the area that they could control. It was their “personal space,” “area of influence,” or “personal bubble.” If they were in the center of their Hoops, they had approximately a one-foot perimeter before they passed out of the Hoops’ boundary. Even when they didn’t actually have Hula-Hoops around them, I asked them to imagine that they did—not only in terms of providing a physical boundary, but also an emotional and spiritual one. It was after a series of events with my oldest daughter I realized in the center of the Hoop was not only my child, but also the Lord. My Heavenly Father, His Son, and the Holy Spirit were patiently waiting in the center of everything. Contact Mary at 850-380-2586 or email at mary@maryriesberg.com
